we would kindly ask that you contact us by email in the first instance within 14 days of purchase to advise of the return at:-

We will then email you a returns number and the process details and return address,
plus some tips on the best way to return the item/s.

Please ensure the items are carefully wrapped back up in the same packaging materials. 
Buyer pays return postage and is required to obtain proof of postage and adequate insurance for loss purposes. 
We do suggest using Royal Mail 2nd class where possible (if the parcel is under 2kg), as if you post via a
Post Office counter, Standard Royal Mail postage now includes compensation cover
and an online delivery confirmation on your printed receipt (ask at the counter for details).
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost on their return.

Please bear in mind that our hand-made wooden products are made especially to your specified order requirements
and therefore we ask that you take this into consideration when ordering.
If however you do wish to return your made to measure standard above please obtain a returns number by email within 14 days of receipt and we will advise of the best shipping method at the time for the return.

If your order contains non standard items that have been made bespoke to your requests - these would not be returnable for a refund. we hope you understand.
