Q : HOW DO I FIX MY NEW CERAMIC HANDLES ONTO MY DRAWER / DOOR ?
There are fixing notes attached to your invoice included in the box, Remove the 2 nuts and washer. Attach through the desired door or drawer hole, then re-attach the washer and 2 nuts on the reverse of the drawer to secure.
Q : HOW DO I FIX MY COAT RACK TO THE WALL?
At time of ordering .....you are given the choice to choose one of three ways that the rack can be attached to the wall:-
Unscrew the outer two hooks from the coat rack. Under each hook is a concealed countersunk hole ...through which you can attach your coat rack to the wall.
Then carefully re-fix the outer coat hooks back onto the wooden rack. The fixings are therefore concealed and not visible.
OPTION 2) COUNTERSUNK HOLES - NOT CONCEALED :
A hole will be drilled on each end of the rack and will NOT concealed - it will be visible at each end.
Attach to the wall with screws and raw plugs .Make sure you us the correct raw plugs for your wall type.
Remember different drilling and fixing plugs are required for each different type of wall whether it be stud, concrete etc.
Please consult online guides like you tube if you are unsure.
OPTION 3) NO HOLES SUPPLIES - CUSTOMER TO DRILL OWN HOLES :
You may have chosen this option if you want to put holes in the rack at various points that can only be ascertained once in position at home.
Whichever method is chosen - please always use safety and caution in mind when drilling into walls. Use appropriate safety equipment to check for wires or pipes behind the wall before drilling.
Also ensure that the plugs and screws provided are suitable for your wall type.
We cannot guess what type of wall you have and therefore ask you the customer to check that our standard fixings provided are suitable to your wall application.
Q : HELP - I CANT FIND MY SCREW FITTINGS !
The screw fixings are attached to your paperwork within the box, to the 'how to fix my....' advice sheet.
Q : WHAT FINISHES ARE AVAILABLE ?
Q : WHAT COLOUR FINISHES ARE AVAILABLE ON THE WOODEN COAT RACKS ?
We currently offer 4 colour finishes on the wood racks as above. We have the colours mixed specially for us. We try to use the most subtlest of colours,
but obviously, even with all the best technology in the world, different phones or monitors will display the painted finishes in different hues of colour.
If this is an issue and you would like to see colours in the flesh before purchase...a colour sample card can be ordered.

Q : CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM THE WAREHOUSE OR WORKSHOP TO SAVE THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
We are a small family run business with workshop and warehouse. Whilst we love to meet people and would love to offer a collection service - we would never get our orders out on time !!
We try to run our business, so all order are processed and dispatched within the designated timescale and with this in mind unfortunately we are unable to offer a collection service.
Q : HOW DO I ATTACH MY HOOKS ?
Inside your delivery box will be your copy invoice with screws attached (if appropriate), and detailed fixing instructions for your hooks. Please make sure you read these carefully before starting.
Q : WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER MORE OF THE SAME HOOKS or CERAMIC KNOBS - WILL THEY MATCH MY PREVIOUS ORDER ?
As with any hand made product - batches can vary from time to time this can be in relation to the colour or shape of the metalwork or the ceramic design.
We always recommend that you buy what you think you need at one time, especially if you are placing them along side one another.
Then when the hooks or ceramic knobs are prepared for you, your set will be matched together to the best of our ability.
We try to prepare your order in a fashion that we would be happy to receive them into our own home.
Q : HELP ! WHERE IS MY ORDER ?
When you order is dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this and if possible we try to include tracking information within the email - where it is available - so that you can track and re-organise redelivery if required.
With some services like 2nd class this is not always available - and although they are not tracked, but we do monitor them behind the scenes to make sure they do get delivered by Royal Mail.
The most important thing to check, particularly if you have used PayPal to pay for your order, is that your PayPal address & contact details were up to date at the time of ordering.
